"ATTENTION: CHECK YOUR RECEITS, under COST OF PARTS !!!!!"

I was charged for 2 Rear Brake Rotors, at a cost of $168.20. These Rotors purchased by BUCHANAN KIA from NAPA, on Green St., which sells the Rotors for $35,10 ea. 2 Rotors, at Napa's cost, came to $70,20. BUT Buchanan KIA over DOUBLED the cost, charging me for $84.10 for ea., and a Total of $168.20. All for 2 parts, OVERCHARGING me, as a Vehicle Purchaser, and six year Regular Service Customer. PLEASE, take the time to review your receipts, especially, the cost of your parts. DON'T LET THEM KEEP RIPPING YOU OFF, like they did to me. AND if thinking about a vehicle purchase, DON'T BELIEVE their SO CALLED dedication to "SUPERIOR SERVICE", "USING ONLY FACTORY-AUTHORIZED PARTS". Remember, they OVERCHARGED, for inexpensive NAPA PARTS, by more then DOUBLE. I am hoping that my experience of BEING RIPPED OFF, will help others, making decisions, in looking for a more trustworthy KIA DEALERSHIP.

Mr Adams, I am sorry that you were not 100% satisfied with your experience here. With that being said Buchanan Kia is a business, if we charged our cost for parts we would not be able to stay in business. We have overhead (building, electric, staff, ect) that has to be paid for. This is no different from anywhere else you would go. The work was also performed by Certified Technicians, something you do not get by buying the parts and doing the work yourself. I would also like to make a note of the fact that you were happy with every other aspect of your service, including the work that was done. We always strive to provide the best experience we can at Buchanan Kia and to ensure that all of our customers leave happy. It is unfortunate that was not the outcome of your experience with us this time, but as a regular service customer of the last 6 years you know the quality and service we are known for.

!st oil change and tire rotation was free on my 2016 Kia Soul! : ) They took my car right at the appt. time and offered me a nice warm waiting area and a cup of yummy coffee!The regular price of future oil changes is only 28.95, worth the drive from Sykesville!

Jeremy O'Connor is an excellent service adviser. I am extremely cautious and picky about who handles my vehicle, both inside and out. He took the extra time and care to provide top notch service and communication through each step of the process during my repairs. Any concerns I had he took the time to personally address, and I am satisfied with the quality of the service I was provided. "DO NOT go here for service!! Brand New Car needed tires..."

DO NOT go here for service!! Brand New Car needed tires rotated. We broke our key lock for the locking hubs (bad quality comes with the car and they break all the time). My husband purchased one from here. I have a regular mechanic that does all my work so he was going to rotate my tires. He went to use the new key lock... Wrong one. He said he could get it off but would prefer to have the right key as not to damage my rims. Called dealer, they had it so went up there to get it. Got there, and NO they don't have correct one. My husband told them they needed to rotate tires now at the dealer because of all the run around and we were leaving on a trip early the next morning. After almost two hours, they now tell me they can't rotate the tires, that they broke 3 pcs of equipment, and only got 1 tire off. They made sure to tell me that if I got a flat tire on my trip I'd be screwed. At this point I don't even want them to touch my car anyway. I go back to my mechanic and he beats off all 4 tires in less than 20 minutes, without messing up my rims !!! These guys don't know what they are doing. On a nicer note, they tried to make me comfortable while I was there.

Buchanan Kia allowed me to borrow their loaner car while my car was worked on. This let me bring the car in without an appointment set up ahead of time and go get my errands done while the mechanics got the car in when they could. I appreciated this a lot. Thank you Buchanan Kia.
