Happy Customer I have purchased all of my cars from Buchanan Kia (and long before, when it was Wheeler), my most recent was the purchase of my third Kia and as usual I have purchased all of my cars from Buchanan Kia (and long before, when it was Wheeler), my most recent was the purchase of my third Kia and as usual I left the lot with a car I love at a price I was comfortable with. My last two purchases were brand new cars, this purchase was my first certified pre-owned car and I left the lot just as happy. I purchased a 2013 Kia Optima with very low miles. The Manager and Salesman also threw in a set of brand new floor mats. I highly recommend Buchanan Kia to purchase cars, and have service. More

Most enjoyable. I was looking for a new car for the first time since my husband passed away two years ago. My sons were with me which helped. Trading a car that my husband and I bought together was hard for me. I knew what I wanted but heard the color I wanted was hard to find. I was looking for either a Sportage or a Soul. When I saw the red Soul I said that's it. Took a test drive and was sold on it. My sales person was Andrea Phillips and she could not have been more pleasant and helpful. A few weeks before she had sold a car to my son who was very happy. That's why he suggested I come up there and am glad I did. Coming from Glen Burnie was no short drive but it was worth it.
