In addition we felt he was honest with us and knowledgeable about vehicle technology so that influenced our decision. We needed to replace an old vehicle from another manufacturer that failed unexpectedly and weren't sure what we wanted, and were evaluating Kia vehicles for the first time. Although Jeremy always made himself available to answer questions, he didn't push the tempo of the sales process or our readiness to move forward. He listened to our concerns and answered them and gave us time to get comfortable that we were making the right decision. Mike Wheeler did a great job answering all the financing questions and making sure we had all the paperwork and final sales forms in order, so I felt confident this whole team was well organized and were doing things right. We eventually purchased the 2014 Kia Sportage and so far are very pleased with the vehicle and the experience at Buchanan Kia in Westminster. More
