I had looked at several other dealerships and was unable to come to a reasonable deal for the ones I liked. I walked into Buchanan trying to find that perfect car for the right price. I was introduced to Wendy. Wendy had a very positive and up beat attitude and made me feel very comfortable. After looking what they had I found that perfect car! A 2012 Kia Soul + with only 10k miles on it!!! It was just like a brand new car especially with the 10 year warranty! After the test drive I knew I had to have it! Wendy was very honest with me from the beginning and like I said I felt very comfortable with her. After just a little bit of time they were able to get me financed and out the door! They hung around almost an hour after the dealership had closed to finalize everything. The next day I realized something that comes standard on the car was missing, I drove down (Was excited to do so in my new car) talked to Wendy and within 15 minutes the problem was solved!
