Buckalew Chevrolet

Have been trying to get my truck into Wiesner for weeks. I was told for a check engine light it had to be left for 3-4 days. I already had a diagnostic done on it and was told it was the catalytic convert I was told for a check engine light it had to be left for 3-4 days. Gave Buckalew a call, got an appt and was offered a shuttle ride home. When they found out it was indeed the catalytic converter…they said it would take a week to get the part. They offered to send the shuttle to come back to pick me up and I could have my car back until they got the part in. Customer service is what Wiesner is lacking. Communication is what Wiesner is lacking. Buckalew has got the right mind set. From Perry to the shuttle driver….kudos. More
