I had been working with a different dealership trying to buy a second, more fuel efficient vehicle. I had found a car I liked, but just happened to e-mail Jared about a car at Bud Brown. It turned out the car I inquired about was not a good fit for my needs or budget, so I was waiting for the other dealer to call and finalize the purchase of the other vehicle. Before they contacted me, Jared called me back and suggested a different, newer vehicle, with fewer miles that would comfortably fit in my budget. My schedule was extremely tight due to a business trip I had to take, but Jared took care of me at every turn and didn't waste a second of my time. He even met me in the parking lot, keys in hand, so I could test drive the car. This was the easiest, most pleasant car purchase I can remember. I couldn't be more satisfied. More

At Bud Brown Volkswagen, Mac especially impressed us, not only is he friendly & helpful as is everyone at Bud Brown, but he is very knowledgeable about cars in general and especially so about Volkswagens. He was an important factor in us purchasing our GTI. The most important factor though is the GTI itself. It's such a well-made, FUN car to drive!!! We were looking for a used car, specifically a VW Passat or a Honda Accord. While driving through, we saw that you had an '08 Accord, so stopped to look at both...turns out the Accord fits our family better or a Honda Accord. Brian worked with us until we were comfortable with our trade-in, the purchase price, financing, etc. We might not have been his easiest customers but he treated us as if we might just be his favorites! I purchased a new 2010 VW Jetta Limited Edition in April of 2010 and am very pleased with it and my experience at Bud Brown VW. The sales staff (especially Brian Phillips) was friendly and helpful in getting me financed with my credit problems. I was able to bargain with them on price and they were very low pressure and friendly through it all. I had been considering a Civic or Corolla from other local dealers but all it took was a test drive in a Jetta to convice me to buy VW- it had a much more solid, quality feel (German engineering) and was fun to drive. My black Jetta stands out in a crowd and is different from the ordinary "appliance" cars of the competition. Bud Brown even went so far as to have my new car in a separate presentation area of the showroom when I picked it up which made me feel like I was buying a really high end car. I have since gone back for the free oil changes and have been pleased with the fast and clean service department. My car has been very reliable and has not had a single problem. I highly recommend this dealer and will definitely buy from them again (however I plan on keeping my Jetta a long time!). I am also in the process of convincing my friend to trade in his Accord and purchase a new Passat from Bud Brown VW. This is from a guy that has owned Hondas and Toyotas his whole life and has finally stepped up to VWs. More
