I was disappointed with the customer experience we had with Bud Clary. I emailed 2 separate sales people asking for information on a. Car and never received a response, I then called and talked to someone with Bud Clary. I emailed 2 separate sales people asking for information on a. Car and never received a response, I then called and talked to someone else who promised me up close pictures of the vehicle as we would travel over an hour to see the car in person. I never received the photos. I called the next day and talked to someone else who did get me the photos I asked for, but were blurry. I should have requested new photos at this point or asked more detailed questions. But decided to make the drive. Discovered upon getting there that the car had quite a bit of body damage that wasn't disclosed prior to our arrival. Overall I felt they could have cared less about my experience. I will not go back to bud clary. More

I was 15 minutes late to my appointment, but they were real nice about it. I waited for the car to get service. Didn’t take very long maybe 45 minutes. Waiting room was real. Vicente Martinez, Jose Rodriguez, Louie Trent were very knowledgeable, professional, quality focused and personable. Vicente called to let us know our desired car was on the lot. Jose was patient in answering our questions. Jose even drove the car to our home, to park in our garage to make sure it fit. Vicente is an outstanding sales professional and genuinely quality focused, and we appreciated how he sheperded the whole experience from start to finish. Louie Trent made sure the details of each document were correct and carefully explained each step along the way as we signed the necessary papers.
