I have to give their service department one star. I had my Dodge in there just last month and they had to replace the key Fob, immobilizer, and programmed them. Now my key fob won't lock or unlock my I had my Dodge in there just last month and they had to replace the key Fob, immobilizer, and programmed them. Now my key fob won't lock or unlock my truck. My old one doesn't work either. When I called for them to check what the issue is, they treated me like this was a brand new issue and told me to make an appointment with the service dept. If it turned out to be their fault, they would not charge me for the diagnostic fee and/or repair. When I tried to make an appt, I was told the appointment could take a while, so it might not be a good idea to wait. I am from out of town and now I need to find someone to pick me up and then take me back to get my truck. I have no idea if they are going to zing me again for an additional repair. I'd think they would at least assume the fault is with their repair and get me in right away for a check. If it turns out to be something else, then we address it. So rude. Sorry guys.. you're not scoring very high in my book. More
