I added a clear shield to my loan and cannot get ahold of an actual person to make the initial appointment. It sends you to a computer which wants to schedule a diagnostics appointment and when you try calli an actual person to make the initial appointment. Even when I call another department they cannot find anyone working in the service department that can help me. People like working with people NOT computers. More
