This dealership sucks, we have never been treated this bad, I have bought 6 cars from them, they have lost our keys and forgot to get car in twice, and we had appointment both times, then service person l bad, I have bought 6 cars from them, they have lost our keys and forgot to get car in twice, and we had appointment both times, then service person lied to us both times. I was extremely impressed with the new female mechanic. Unfortunately I do not know her name but she explained things very well! I like her honesty. Also I spent time looking at new vehicles today. I liked that the woman, Kyrsten I believe her name was, wasn’t pushy about selling me something right today but was still willing to walk me through the vehicles and help me decide on the right one.
