We bought a certified vehicle thinking we did not have to go over it with a fine tooth comb, since we had bought two previously from Auburn Toyota and they were great. Within an hour of picking the Rav up we go over it with a fine tooth comb, since we had bought two previously from Auburn Toyota and they were great. Within an hour of picking the Rav up we noticed a small chip in the windshield with a smaller one above it. We took the Rav right back in the manager told us they would fix it. When we picked it up the chips still showed, the manager told us sometimes they still show but are fixed. I asked if it was guaranteed, I was told for a couple of months then he changed it to four months. This will not even get though the winter when its cold and most likely to crack. The " Certified 160 point quality assurance inspection check sheet " # 93 glass free of cracks, stars and chips and # 155 paint reasonably free of scratches and chips does not mean much to this dealer as there are also a lot of rock chips in the paint. All I can say is if you are buying a certified vehicle from Bud Clary Toyota of Yakima check it over very carefully. More

What can often become a stressful car buying experience was made easy and even enjoyable, as it should be when purchasing a new car. I also got a great deal on the new Prius C by being willing to drive to Yakima to pick it up. The sales tax is lower, the customer service was better, and they are more willing to come down in price then dealers in Western Washington. I would highly recommend requesting a quote from Brandon Pittman at the Bud Clary Toyota of Yakima dealership. The drive was well worth it for the lower price, no pressure sales tactics, and the “stress free” experience. More
