Service work only 50% completed dealer admitted their screw up. Only rotated left side tires with oil change on 8/3/2026 then wanted me to drive 45 minutes back to get right side rotated. I am older pers screw up. Only rotated left side tires with oil change on 8/3/2026 then wanted me to drive 45 minutes back to get right side rotated. I am older person in poor health and had to pay my neighbor to rotate the right tires. 3rd new Subaru I purchased from Budd Bear and the service (Vickie) manager never offered any form of compensation or further service work. Loyal customer very upset. More
