The service is always excellent. In particular Budd Baer employees have gone out of their way to help us during a family medical emergency. I'm writing this instead of my husband, to whom the survey was sent. Early this month my husband was in the ICU in Pittsburgh due to a stroke and my car's check engine light went on as I drove to see him. I was near Budd Baer, drove there and left the car. They immediately let me have a loaner to get to the hospital in Pittsburgh. I'm now driving my husband's car because mine isn't worth repairing andmy husband is currently unable to drive. Our most recent visit to Budd Baer was because his son was visiting from Texas and noticed that the rear tires were in very poor shape. He offered to take it in -- but was heading back to Texas the next day. Again, Budd Baer went the extra mile to make sure the tires were there and were done in time for his son (my beloved step-son) to pick the car up and still get back to Texas. I am so grateful for the way that the Budd Baer service and parts staff have treated us during a difficult time. More
