Cost for service was explained to me when I brought the car in for 48K service. My only downside is that they keep trying to charge me for tire rotation despite that I am entitled to lifetime free rotatio car in for 48K service. They did finally get it out of the bill, but this was not explained when I picked up the car, but later on the phone when I called about it. More
