Appt was at 2:30. I checked in at 2:10. After an hour I asked Victoria if my car was done. She checked and it was just now going in to be serviced. There had been I checked in at 2:10. After an hour I asked Victoria if my car was done. She checked and it was just now going in to be serviced. There had been a backup for some reason. I waited two hours for my car to be done. She got the ok for no charge for my service. I drove 3 hours to my sisters this week. On the way there and also on the way home the screen went out. No radio, no maps, nothing. Thankfully when I stopped for 5 minutes it came back. Makes me wonder if something was done during service to make it go out. More

Stacey took care of me when I took my car for inspection and auto butler. I asked about a recall on the battery and she looked into the situation.
