Every time I go in for service I have to have them add another note to my account. First it was don’t move my seat. If, and this is a big if, I choose to return I’m going to have to have them add a note d another note to my account. First it was don’t move my seat. If, and this is a big if, I choose to return I’m going to have to have them add a note don’t touch my lights. There is no reason for an oil change and tire rotation they should need to move your seat or turn off your headlights. I went to Budd Baer instead of the Subaru dealership 20 minutes closer to my home because I was told by several people Budd Baer had the best customer service. I haven’t experienced that yet, including when I bought my vehicle. Very disappointed. More

I received excellent customer service and patience as I test drove two different models. I was impressed with the knowledge of the staff and didn’t feel pressured to decide until I was ready.
