Buddy Chevrolet

I have been using them since 2019, and I have brought my car there for the same reason three times over the last year. $189 each time, and every time they said it was fixed. It kept overheating. Then finall car there for the same reason three times over the last year. $189 each time, and every time they said it was fixed. It kept overheating. Then finally, someone took the time to look and say the problem all along was the reservoir and the three hoses. So, another $1500, plus all the other money that did not fix the problem. It's sad. Over 3000 dollars. I am disappointed, but again, there's nothing you can do. I trusted y'all, and I got tricked into spending unnecessary money. I feel take advantage off. More

Terrible. Nothing was done to my car. I scheduled an appointment for Saturday and when I came in I was told they only do “small stuff “ like oil changes on the Nothing was done to my car. Rescheduled for Tuesday and nothing was done to my car but was told to come back the next day. And I’d be “good”. Came back and nothing was done again. Like it literally sat in the parking lot for another day. When I asked why and when something would be done he said he needed to speak to his manager. So I called everyday to try to speak to the manager and have left a message for him to call back and the manager hasn’t even. This place lacks communication and doesn’t like to honor the warranty that has been giving. So my next step is contacting GM since the service manager is mia. More
