The service itself was subpar and the communication was deplorable at the beginning. My truck sat with the shop for 2 weeks. And they attempted to charge me for something they broke while in shop. Lisa was deplorable at the beginning. My truck sat with the shop for 2 weeks. And they attempted to charge me for something they broke while in shop. Lisa was the only saving grace. She stepped in to right a few wrongs and keep me updated. She was a superstar and deserves 5 stars. However, the shop barely ranks with 1 star. So, I’ve split the difference. I only hope they leverage Lisa more as she’s an all-star on that team and truly understands customer service. More
