I was pleased with the customer service that was provided. They only part that wasn't the best was receiving notifications for my air filter to be replaced because it expired only to schedule an app provided. The service member that checked me in was rude. Took forever to get me checked in. Seemed he was occupied and didn’t address me until I asked him what to do. Then when he came to the car who opened the door without warning while I was leaning on it so I nearly fell out of the car. No apology or nothing. I will say that the service was faster than normal. Usually it’s almost a 2 hour wait. I was there a little less than an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. Needs to improve in customer service. Other than that, it was okay. Prices have gone up in past year, but inflation I guess… More
