the only glitch i can say occurred is when i arrived. me and my mother had to have stood for about 6-10 minute's before we were recognized standing there. There was i would say (3) people in the back i also saw a manager or supv who came out and spoke to one of the service person's in the back but we were still not acknowledged. i see that you'll have different people there now. I have been going there before i purchased my chevy spark in 2016.your dealership would be great if you work on the service rep to just acknowledge your customer's even if your busy.. More
Service advisor didn’t communicate whether or not my vehicle warranty would cover the repair and they didn’t communicate that the return time of my vehicle changed leaving me without transportation for vehicle warranty would cover the repair and they didn’t communicate that the return time of my vehicle changed leaving me without transportation for 2 days instead of one. Also I was told of another issue that could’ve been addressed at the time of the first diagnostic which led me to deny the repair due to lack of communication and customer service and down time of my vehicle so I took it to smother repair shop. I’ve 4 bad experiences with this dealership 3 when it was superior and 1 as buddy’s I give them chances due to me staying 10 minutes away but I will not be taking any of my vehicles there. More

The service advisor was probably new. Lack of knowledge. And didn't have the tools to deal with customer service and the team repairing car. You are running away loyal customers. I was listening to other customers complaining. Please focus on your service desk . And taking care of loyalty customers are you will fail. More
