No specialized techs on the weekends is terrible customer service especially when I was called by someone to set up the appointment for a Saturday. I sat for 2 hours for no reason. I purchased my 2009 Chevrolet when the dealership operated as Superior Chevrolet, and I’ve continued to use the service department over the years. Since the transition to Buddy, I’ve noticed a meanin operated as Superior Chevrolet, and I’ve continued to use the service department over the years. Since the transition to Buddy, I’ve noticed a meaningful improvement in customer service. I’m especially grateful for Mr. Joe and his patience in addressing the multiple repairs I needed on a busy Saturday. He remained attentive throughout the process and consistently followed up until my vehicle was fully repaired. I truly appreciate that level of care and professionalism, and I hope this standard of service continues under the new brand. More
From the moment I pulled onto the lot, Reuben came out to greet me in the 80-degree heat. His approach was direct but thoughtful — exactly what I needed to feel confident making a final decision. The finance manager was great to work with too, and at no point did I feel pressured or taken advantage of. While I was waiting in Reuben's office, multiple associates stopped by to greet me and thank me for coming in. It was a genuinely welcoming experience from start to finish. More
Went in 3/9/26 for a tune up, due to my car MISFIRING, “ONLY”, gave MY YEAR, (2011) MAKE, MODEL AND MILEAGE, (listed on my invoice). I was told my car would ready in a couple of days. On 3/10/26 was to “ONLY”, gave MY YEAR, (2011) MAKE, MODEL AND MILEAGE, (listed on my invoice). I was told my car would ready in a couple of days. On 3/10/26 was told my repairs would cost over $4100. I repeatedly stated I only want the tune up (which would have cost about $1200). After repeatedly being asking, by 3/14/26 I agree to the $4140 loan. On 3/21/26 I was called and told that my car was still not ready due to them having issues with the repairs. That they would be replacing 2 fuel injector, “AT NO COST TO ME, AFTER THE LOAN WAS SIGNED”. I did not get my car back until 3/27/26. On Saturday night, 3/28/26 maybe a half gallon of red fluid leaked from my car. I had to come back to Buddy Chevrolet on Monday 3/30/26, (missing work), and was told it was nothing. All my fluids have been topped off. On Easter Sunday 4/5/26, while me and grand daughters were on our way to church, CARBON MONOXIDE began to blow into the car through my A/C vents. We had to pull over and stop to breathe, I then had to drive home with my windows down on highway 75. By the time we got home we all had headaches and a funny taste in our throats. Needless I called and left a concerning voicemail for the Manager Bob. He called me back Monday morning 4/6/26, and asked that I put on a mask, and drive it back up there. They do not have a tow truck. I returned again on 4/6/27 (missing work again) and was sent home in an Uber and was told they will LOOK at it. A Uber was sent to pick me up again to get my car, on 4/7/26. By the time I got home the CARBON MONOXIDE was leaking through my A/C VENTS AGAIN. I called and asked for the GM manager Gary, who stated he didn’t know who I was, but proceeded to tell me who I am. He added that my car is very old and has a lot of miles, but he would get back me later that day. On 4/8/26 Gary sent A TOW TRUCK to get my car. Moving forwarded THE GAS LEAK CONTINUED, and my car was BROUGHT BACK TO BUDDY CHEVROLET AGAIN AND AGAIN - ON 4/11/26, 4/14/26, & lastly 4/18/26. IT WAS RETURNED TO ME YESTERDAY, 4/22/26, IN WORST SHAPE THEN WHEN I BROUGHT THERE ON 3/9/26. CARBON MONOXIDE IS STILL LEAKING IN TO MY CAR, THROUGH THE A/C VENTS, IT IS MISFIRING - AGAIN. IT IS NOW SHAKING, AND RATTLING, AND AT EVERY STOP, THE SHAKING GETS LOW AS IF MY CAR IS GOING TO SHUT OFF. I called 7 times, per usual, this morning (4/23/26) asking for the owner Travis Render, due to getting no assistance from the managers Gary or Bob. I was transferred to dead ends or told he’d call me back. At about 2:30 pm I received a very rude call from Bob Hurst stating he was told by Travis Render, THE OWNER to call me back - BECAUSE TRAVIS REFUSES TO. THAT TRAVIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MY CAR AND THEY WILL NO LONGER BE ASSISTING ME. I HAVE A 24 MONTH WARRANTY ON MY PARTS, TO TAKE IT TO ANOTHER GM MECHANIC, OR TAKE LEGAL ACTION IF I NEED TO. This is just a summary. More
