I got confused with some of the numbers shown to us but Brian was very patient and was able to help clarify the numbers (i.e., the final cost of the vehicle) He also worked very hard to secure a strap for the rear hatchback door. Before the strap was put in, my wife, the primary driver of the vehicle was not able to reach and close the hatchback. (Small detail but it could have been a deal breaker.) More
