My husband and I purchased a new 2013 Hyundai Sonata today from Buerkle Hyundai. We were completely amazed by the excellent customer service we encountered at this dealership. Brian Armstrong was our salesman, he spent several hours with us on Friday showing us a variety of different trim packages on the Sonatas. He never made us feel rushed...even on a Friday afternoon, he wasn't "pushy" like some salesman, he was knowledgable, answered all of our questions and had an impressive amount of patience with us. When we came in today to pick up the car...he was so kind to teach us about all of the new "gadgets" and options inside my "fancy" new car. I have never been so impressed with a salesman before. We came in today (Monday) to pick up the car and do all of the financing paperwork. Cal Richards was our financing expert, he was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and had great overall customer service. We have used this dealership several times before for service on our previous 2008 Sonata and have always been impressed. Adam is a great sales person. We had a quick and painless experience with him the first time around that we went back and purchased a second vehicle from him. Stopped by the dealership twice last Tuesday. I was initially interested in a 2013 Honda Civic and decided to stop by the Hyundai dealership to look at the Elantra before test driving the Civic. I walked around the lobby for 1/2 hour and was never approached. I sat in the Elantra on the showroom floor for 5 minutes, still nobody. I walked outside and look at them on the lot. Plenty of sales reps, but couldn't get their attention. I went next store and test drove the Civic. On my way out I stopped again at Hyundai. Same results. On Thursday I drove to the Walser dealership in Brooklyn Park and after a test drive, promptly purchased a 2013 Elantra Limited with the navigational system. Thumbs down to Buerkle. More
Started off interesting...I was an interested buyer but the first person to approach us was someone who seemed more interested in knowing if I wanted to buy used vs new. I was open to both but apparently t the first person to approach us was someone who seemed more interested in knowing if I wanted to buy used vs new. I was open to both but apparently the person who sold "New" couldn't help me. I thought that was odd, I needed a special person who could work with "New" and "Used". To me, I shouldn't have to worry about that but then came Matt Snaza and now I think...lucky me! He took the time to listen to me and clearly understand what I wanted. A great deal within a specific budget and car specs! The one car he pulled up thinking about my needs in the end was exactly what we ended up with! Talk about not wasting time! Even when I wanted to try "turbo" vs 2.4 more than once, he was patient. Mid point of the deal was also interesting. Matt and another gentleman took our MKX out to see about trade in value. My husband happend to go up to the window to get something before that left in the car and was taken a back by the person who was evaluating my SUV. This person was trying to make sure my husband knew our SUV did not have very many upgrades and would be worth about 10K before he did any research on it. I did research and so did two other dealerships and the range was 13,200-14,000 (we had paperwork from the other dealership). As they drove off we both said if he comes up with 10K we are out of here, they are trying to take us. Matt again came to the rescue! We trusted Matt so we told him what we were concerned about and made sure we got a fair trade in value. I think the person who evaluates the trade ins needs to be a little more aware of what he says and the way it may come across. Perception is reality for a customer. In the end, we got the car we wanted and the deal we felt was fair. This was not because it was the only car around (we had one on hold at your competitor). It was because of Matt! It is very important to have a team that listens, is resilient, adaptible and accountable. He never gave me a reason to shop anywhere else! Best Regards, Kathy More

We have researched buying a new car for about a year and a half. We went to the Auto Show both last year and this year. About 1-1/2 months ago we stopped at Buerkle Hyundai and saw Brian Armstrong. We told him right away we were not ready to buy that night. He still took the time to explain about the Hyundai Elantra and its features and showed us cost comparisons. He gave us his car and said that he wanted to earn our business. He stuck in our minds as we visited other car dealers. I started e-mailing him 2 weeks ago and he responded promptly and worked with setting up a test drive for us next week. My husband actually stopped and saw him to get more information from him. We went back 2 hours later and Brian was right...he definitely earned our business. We showed him the best offer we had found on line and Brian got them to actually beat that offer. He worked and got the best price for us. We are now driving our beautiful red 2013 Hyundai Elantra. It was a fantastic experience all the way through to the finance person we met with. Brian also spent time going through the owners manual and helped us inside the car showing us everything before we drove off the lot. He has also called us to follow up the next day to see how everything is going. I HIGHLY recommend Brian Armstrong and Buerkle Hyundai for your next car purchase. More

In the past, I was always pressured to buy - Bill answered questions, even delivered the vehicle to my mechanic for a pre-buy inspection and never pressured me with a time line or a decision point. He did everything I asked and made the buying experience very positive. Bill was great to work with and a salesman I would highly recommend. More
