I was very disappointed in my visit to Buerkle Hyundai. I built my car online and knew exactly what I wanted for my Hyundai. Steve convinced me to come in for a test drive even though they didnt have what I built my car online and knew exactly what I wanted for my Hyundai. Steve convinced me to come in for a test drive even though they didnt have what I wanted on the lot yet. After test driving one in another color we decided to fill out the appropriate paperwork. Accoding to the paperwork they had, they should have had one of my specific cars on the lot. I was told this was common and it should be in within a day or two. I put money down to place the car on hold when it comes in. After 2 full days they could not confirm when my car was coming in, but probably not until the next week. At that point the dealer tried to convince me to buy another color I didnt want. Instead of waiting for what I wanted, I found another dealership in the cities that had what I wanted. When I contacted Steve to credit my money back for the down payment on the car on hold, he would not respond to me. It took 2 e-mails and 3 days to get a response. At that point he had a bad attitude towards me and basically told me it had been passed on to the finance department and not to contact him with any other questions. I will not be purchasing from ANY Buerkle car dealership in the future and I am telling friends, family, and anyone who will listen about my poor experience with Buerkle Hyundai. More
