She was friendly, no-pressure, and highly knowledgeable concerning the entire BUICK lineup of cars and the different options available. My wife was unsure if which model she was interested in purchasing. Denise guided her through the various models and features. She made my wife feel very comfortable during her selection process, though this took some time. After we decided on the Buick we were interested in purchasing, she took us on a test drive. During the drive, she answered all of our questions in fantastic detail. Even before returning to the dealership, we decided this car was what we wanted.
