Furious with them, I decided to try Buick of Mahwah. They were able to take my car the next day, provided me with a loaner, and fixed the car by the end of the day. EVERYONE in the service department was friendly and helpful. From now on I will ONLY go to Buick if Mahwah!! More

Easy and prompt I have 2016 Yukon and Sierra. Dropped off Sierra for first service. Brought my bicycle to ride home and when Sierra was ready would drive Yukon. Got I have 2016 Yukon and Sierra. Dropped off Sierra for first service. Brought my bicycle to ride home and when Sierra was ready would drive Yukon. Got home and within 1/2 hour truck was done. Drove Yukon for service swapped vehicles and went home. Told them no rush next day. Mid afternoon they had Yukon ready and got dropped off to pick up Great quality service. Nice service desk person Krystal made process easy. Took under 30 sec each time at her desk to sign for drop off. Did I mention that I had no appointment and they made it work for me same day? Btw after 35 years of car ownership I returned to GMC trucks after years of Ford and most recently Toyota. Great ride. Better than expected MPG. I do recommend them for buying and service More
