Send in an internet inquiry and was contacted by a salesperson named Matt Berkowitz on 4/18/17. Who sounded very professional at first but he showed his real face later. After getting all the information about the vehicle I submitted the credit app online on 4/19/17 and was told by matt that i will be contacted by his managers soon. Today is 5/2/17 and no one I really mean it no one has ever got back to me. In the meanwhile i called the dealership spoke to matt and he promised to call me back which he never did. Shame on you matt and who ever responsible that's how you guys treat your potential customers. You guys made an inquiry on my credit report and still never got back to me with any answer. I will never come back to you for any business also tell anyone i know not to go to you and make sure to spread the word. And Ryan mays i even told you that no one get back to me but you didn't even bother getting back to me as you promised. More
