Our experience with Bulldog KIA and Sam Rivera were exceptional. We are looking for a used car, in a certain price range, good reviews, low miles,and Sam has been so wonderful about helping us look. My son was looking for a car to go back and forth to work with and we met Sam on the lot. He greeted us and listened to our needs - not once did he try to "push" us to a particular vehicle. I was ready to wa with and we met Sam on the lot. He greeted us and listened to our needs - not once did he try to "push" us to a particular vehicle. I wish there were a higher rating than 5! Working with Jonathan Pace was such a pleasure although I have to give kudos to Nic Johnson as well! I was working with Jonathan via e-mail and phone (I hate car Jonathan Pace was such a pleasure although I have to give kudos to Nic Johnson as well! I was working with Jonathan via e-mail and phone (I hate car dealerships and just was not really ready to make a new purchase) but decided to stop by this past Saturday where Nic introduced me to the Rio and Forte! Nic knew that Jonathan was my sales guy but he took the time to show me around! Jonathan was very mindful of my busy schedule and helped to make sure as much paperwork was completed before I ever stepped onto the lot. He was able to get me into a 2013 Kia Forte that I have to say I am actually beginning to like a lot! I am used to driving SUVs (Sorento and Yukon) so going to a car worried me a little....but after driving it and knowing how much I will be saving on fuel has eased all my concerns! I love that Jonathan and Nic were not pushy at all...they both made me feel like I was their only customer and number one priority. Jonathan even helped me clean out my Sorento! If you're in the market for a car stop by and ask for Jonathan! He will get you the best deal possible. More

Sam is a true professional salesman. He took the time to help us find the car we needed and within our budget! I wasn't even prepared to buy that day as I was only looking, but his politeness, demeanor and help us find the car we needed and within our budget! The entire atmosphere was exceptional for a dealership. Of course, when you walk into a car dealership, you are greeted with smiles, but at Bulldog Kia, the kindness comes across as truly genuine. I want to specifically mention Chris Singh, who welcomed us and quickly became our new friend! Also, James Hammond, Steven White, and a special word for Wendell Chatham, who all were fantastic! The staff ALL seem to have a great, light-hearted sense of humor, that took the edge off of the experience. This was definitely not a typical visit to a car dealership, which is why it was so refreshing. There was even a hiccup in the delivery of our car, but that was handled perfectly by all involved. I manage 65 employees, and I am impressed with the professionalism of EVERY person we encountered, who all are reflections of their leadership. The selection and training of the staff at Bulldog, Athens, is clearly impeccable, and worthy of commendation. My wife and I thank all of you for a great experience! More

Bulldog Kia was my first stop looking for a new inexpensive work car. I arrived at 835am and was done and on the road by 10am. Easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I have had a wonderful experience at Bulldog Kia. I have purchased two vehicles from them, and both times i could not have asked for better service and care. He truly cares about his customers, and wants to make sure that all of there want and needs are met with absolutely NO pressure what so ever.
