I recently bought a Kia Sportage from Bulldog Kia in Athens. James Montalvo was our salesman and he mad the process so easy and stress free. He didn t pressure and made sure he explained everything about the car, it s features and our whole financing process. We recently took a trip out of town and were looking forward to how the Sportage would drive. This was about an 800 mile round trip. Gas mileage was excellent. The ride was awesome. We are very pleased with the Sportage and the service we got from all the people at Kia and especially James Montalvo. I bought a brand new Kia Rio in June of 2012 after I hit a dear in my 2003 Kia Spectra. I was left driving a Suburban as a result and I am a home care nurse and driving about 150 to 200 miles a day. I had another appointment scheduled that day and didn't have a lot of time. I was met by Denorris Ross when I arrived and explained my situation to him. He did not waste any time. He showed me exactly the kinds of vehicles I was interested in and did not try to push me into anything I didn't want. He was so helpful and so easy to talk to, more like a friend than just a salesman. He continues to frequently contact me to ensure my continued satisfaction and always recognizes me when I am in for service, which is another subject I can only rave about. I was really impressed with Bulldog Kia and especially with the sales associate, Robert Harbison. It took me several weeks from the time that I first spoke with Rob before I came in, but he remembered me. He was very thorough in explaining the Kia Sorento to us and all about the vehicle from the front to the back - about the warranty, the engine, and all the features of the car. My husband and I felt very comfortable about making a decision to purchase the Kia Sorento. Rob was very polite, respectful in talking to us, concerned about our needs in a vehicle, and pleasant to interact with. We had our grandson with us, who can be a handful even with two of us dealing with him, but Rob was great in dealing with him which made it easy for us to concentrate on deciding whether we wanted to purchase the car. I would not want to purchase another vehicle without the advice and help of someone like Rob. He is certainly an asset to Bulldog Kia. The other sales associates were also very pleasant when we walked into the dealership - they all spoke and smiled and asked if they could be of service.
