Alex and I had great negotiations and the deal seemed so good that I had to change my original plan. Also, Alex kept me appraised of each step that was happening with the preparations,even tracking me down at a local restaurant to ask a question rather than delaying and waiting until I got back. They completed all the paperwork and prep on the vehicle in 90 minutes and there was even a glitch in the paperwork on my trade- in. I live 2 1/2 hour drive from Burdick BMW and they were able to get me on my way in record time,with little hassle, and NO hard sell. I was very impressed by the whole process, Alex was excellent to deal with and I have already recommended Alex and Burdick BMW to two friends. More

Overall a great experience. I was a 6 time Mercedes Benz customer and decide to buy a BMW after becoming disenchanted with MB lack of loyalty.
