I have bought 3 cars at Burdick Mazda since 2006. I always service my cars at Burdick. That includes buying, mounting, and storing snow tires and rims from them. Each time I bring my car in for service, they do a video inspection of the engine, brakes, and under carriage. They fix what's needed, they do it right, on time, and the waiting area is like a modern airport lounge where I can get my work done while I wait. I have never felt taken advantage of. The sales staff is equally competent, respectful, friendly, and effective. Even though the last two cars I wanted were not in Burdick's inventory and at another local dealer. In all sales, I was treated fairly, got a good deal, and was more than satisfied with my purchase. I deliberately ordered my last 2 cars from Burdick's because of the outstanding service.
