Burien Toyota's parts and service for my 2009 Tundra I originally went on line to see about trading my 09 Tundra in on a 2020 Tundra and Justin (the online manager) said he would meet with me when I came I originally went on line to see about trading my 09 Tundra in on a 2020 Tundra and Justin (the online manager) said he would meet with me when I came in. Turns out I knew his uncles and father. After looking at the new Tundras (very nice trucks), I decided to upgrade my 09 Tundra instead. So, I needed parts and installation for an upgrade on my 09 Tundra with 0ver 167,500 miles. So, I talked to "Floor" (Yes, that is the service manager's first name") and along with the parts manager "Richard" and the previous parts manager "David"'. They gathered the parts that I wanted to be replaced and/or upgraded from the last 11 good years of service this vehicle has given me that I originally bought from Burien Toyota and the sales team of "John and Marc". So, the parts and service team gathered the parts; Duel exhaust kit, stainless steel running boards, complete antenna and wire with grommet, complete rear chrome bumper with plastic top, license plate lights and trailer light plug in. They notified when all the parts were in stock and then I cleaned out the two glove boxes, behind the seats and washed my truck so the service techs Jeremy and Jason could do their job without having to worry about superfluous things to deal with. I took my vehicle in at 1:pm on Thursday and they called me on Friday at noon to tell me that my truck was ready for pick up. The parts and service were done at a "Fair Price and Expediently" MY 09 TUNDRA LOOKS AND PERFORMS GREAT!!! Thank You Burien Toyota Team Roger More

Most pleasant car-buying experience I just bought my new car from Burien Toyota, and it has to be the most pleasant experience I've had buying from a dealership. Their website lets you browse their inventory and inquire about a specific vehicle. I was then contacted by Justin who was super helpful and responsive to all my questions, a pleasure to deal with, and ultimately we agreed on what I feel was a very fair price for the vehicle. Though I had to wait a couple of weeks for it to ship from the factory, Justin was proactive in keeping me updated on the ETA and called me the moment it arrived. He also made sure to get as much of the paperwork done in advance as possible to save me time when I came in to the dealership to take delivery of the car. I literally had to sign some papers and drive off with my new car! Everyone at the dealership was super nice and friendly and you really get the feeling that they value their customers here. More
