Comfortable Wait; Scary Overlook Friendliest customer service, from each team member I interacted with. My wait time for recall services was shorter than estimated. I felt like I was in the comfort and quiet of a coffee shop while I waited. Ten days after my service I noticed that the middle row seating of my mini van was not properly latched. This is a huge safety concern since this is where my children's car seats are. Had we been in any accidents during those ten days they would not have been safely restrained. The service manager reached out to me right away with a sincere apology, an offer to re-inspect the van and a promise to escalate my concern to the service technicians. Overall I rate my service as good, because there is area for improvement (thorough safety inspection). More

If you’ve ever shopped for a car, you’ll quickly realize that every dealership will offer the same order of service to a perspective buyer. You meet with the sales person, they’ll get their manager at some point, you walk away, they’ll follow up with prices, offer answers to questions, and list current incentives to get you to come back. You can get the numbers down, which any other dealership could probably match (within reason, of course). The main variable here is customer service. Being a first time car buyer, I was probably more hesitant than your average car buyer, and any pressure to close the deal immediately made me more reluctant. In the two week span of dealing with Eddie, I never felt pressured, and the experience as a whole was 5/5 stars. His manager, Justin, stepped in at some points and matched his level of customer service. They both respected the fact that it was my first time buying and offered a level of patience which was very important to me. All in all, it felt genuine to me. I knew the exact car I wanted, and they helped me get it. I’m glad I chose Burien Toyota to buy my first new car. More
