DON’T FALL FOR IT!! Bait and switch. Found an Impreza for what seemed to be too good to be true pricing. Drove an hour to go test drive the car, only to find that “aww sh Bait and switch. Found an Impreza for what seemed to be too good to be true pricing. Drove an hour to go test drive the car, only to find that “aww shucks, the car was just transferred off the lot about an hour ago.” “Well you could have saved us an hour drive then, right?” Mind you, the appointment for that car was confirmed not once, but TWICE earlier in the day by the dealership. Then just for laughs, next day- had another person call to make an appt to see that same car, and lo and behold, they confirmed another appointment to see and test drive that exact car. I’m pretty sure that car never existed in the first place (at that price, and maybe not even on the lot) and they just know how to get you in the door. Dislike. Bad business. Slimy used car salesmen. Once again they worked a miracle-Thank you, Devin and Bobby! After numerous correspondence with Devin, I finally decided to give Burlington Chevy another chance and head down to the dealership on Thursday, Octob After numerous correspondence with Devin, I finally decided to give Burlington Chevy another chance and head down to the dealership on Thursday, October 3rd. I was underwater in a current truck I was financing, the truck had high mileage and my credit was ok but not superb. After several conversations, Devin finally convinced me to give them a try and come in and see what they could do for me. So, I went to the dealership and was teamed up with a sales rep named Bobby. Bobby was direct, honest and very professional. Bobby asked what I was looking for, what my budget was and my approximate credit score. He wanted to work out all the numbers on paper first before he actually ran my credit. I was like wow! That’s a big change! After looking for all the incentives I could possibly qualify for, he came back to me with a figure and asked if that monthly payment would work with my current budget. Once I agreed, he then told me he would run my credit, but with only one bank. That was another big change! To make a long story short, Bobby got me approved with a well-known finance company, within my budget, brand new truck, absorbing the negative equity left on my other vehicle and got me a nice finance rate. This was the smoothest experience I have ever had in any dealership. It felt really good to know that there are still salesman out there that won’t take advantage of you just because you are a woman. Someone that is honest, thorough and trust worthy. This actually will be the second time Burlington Chevy worked a miracle. My fiancé also had a great experience with them after being involved in a “Bait and Switch” scam involving another dealership. They ran his credit so many times without his knowledge bringing his score to a very low score. His score was ruined so bad by this dealership we thought there was no way possible for him to finance another car…but once again Burlington Chevy worked a miracle, we even watched the Finance manager roll-up his sleeves and assist with this dilemma. Bobby and Burlington Chevy will get recommendations from me every chance I get. This dealership is awesome, and I highly recommend them! More
