Burlington Kia has been my go-to dealership since 2019. Hunter graciously helped me order my first Telluride, Chekeria has been my dedicated sales person for each of my next three Tellurides. She has ensured that I get exactly what I want, she doesn’t try to upsell me on a more expensive model or try to talk me into what they have on the lot that day. If they don’t have it, she and the sales manager find it and get it for me. The service team has been equally as awesome, always taking care of my Tellurides, never suggesting unnecessary services, and providing me with notice of services that will be necessary in the future- brakes, tires, etcetera- allowing me the opportunity to prepare for those expenses. I’ve since talked my husband to bring his 2017 Optima to them for service. Always telling others of the awesome service from both departments. More

If I could give more stars I definitely would. They not only fixed the problem (under warranty) they also picked up the tab for a rental car while they fixed the issue.
