Our new car I worked with Crysal exclusively for several months before we picked up our car. We actually made the final deal over the phone from San Franciscon wh I worked with Crysal exclusively for several months before we picked up our car. We actually made the final deal over the phone from San Franciscon when we were on vacation........! Crystal.made very sure we had the car we wanted by searching far and wide.....we will be leasing a new car every three years to come and look forward to working with Crystal....she is a Class Act....Burlington Subaru is fortunate to have her as an employee! We picked up our car yesterday ....we love it.....what a joy!!! More

Unimpressed I made an appointment over a week in advanced for my 5,000 mile service and a recall. I arrived at 7:30am and was told my car would be finished by no I made an appointment over a week in advanced for my 5,000 mile service and a recall. I arrived at 7:30am and was told my car would be finished by no later than 9:00am so I was fine with waiting. I waited over TWO HOURS. I did not arrive to work until almost 10:00am. When my service was finished I was not told where my vehicle was parked. I asked and was told "It's somewhere over there. Just use your panic button and listen for it." Really? I have never been to a service facility that made you play hide-and-go-seek with your car. Also, it wasn't even parked in the general direction I was told to go in. After wandering aimlessly for a few minutes I walked all the way around to the front of the dealership where I found my car. I get into my car to find an oatmeal raisin cookie. Nice gesture, but if you're going to provide bad service you better make it chocolate chip. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever! Crystal went above and beyond with helping me buy my new Crosstrek. She worked quickly to find me exactly the car I wanted.
