We drove from NH to attend a next day event in northern VT when the dashboard lit up with warning lights. Drove straight to the Burlington dealership. Can’t say enough about the friendly, professional and knowledgeable service and the ability to alleviate our concerns during a stressful time. Didn’t meet Jake who worked on the car but after watching a video, replacing the thermo control valve is no quick or easy feat! Can’t say enough about the wonderful service! More

Ashley and the team were terrific to work with. I was unable to drive vehicle due a significant malfunction. Initially was told next appointment was not for 10 days. I requested to speak with se I was unable to drive vehicle due a significant malfunction. Initially was told next appointment was not for 10 days. I requested to speak with service advisor and Ashley expedited getting the car in that day and worked with service team for a quicker than expected diagnosis. I had it towed in that afternoon and it was repaired next morning. The video from the service tech (I believe it was Cody?) was incredibly informative. I really like this service. Kudos to Ashley and Cody(?)! More
