I brought the vehicle to another garage in the area. Not just a mom and pop shop. They passed it no problem. They are just trying to get a fast buck. I will never recommend this dealership. It's a shame because I love Subarus. I will go out of my way to not do business with these con artists. They give mechanics a bad name. I figured I would be nice and email the dealer before posting on sites like this. They then started the groveling and asking to reinspect the car. Why would I do this? You already proved you have no idea what you are talking about. Do it right the first time and you don't have to worry about repairing your reputation. The counter people were at least nice. More

I had to test drive cars several times and he was always accommodating and very informative about the special features. It took over 18 months but finally the checks arrived and Chris made sure I had the color I preferred and the add ons I wanted. He was never pushy, he checked in every now and again to check on the process. He's an honest, friendly and very knowledgable salesman. He even booked me for my first service appointment! I would send any one to see Chris about a car. My friend recommended me to him and I am so happy she did. I am very happy with my Subaru! More
