I had heard good things about Burlington Subaru, so I went there first. I knew I wanted either an XV Crosstrek or another Outback. Michael K. was patient and knowledgeable and helped me decide which car would be better for my lifestyle--on a budget with two dogs. I had originally gone to Freedom Nissan My first time purchasing a new vehicle was a great experience. I was referred to Mike by one of my coworkers. I had originally gone to Freedom Nissan and did not have an overall successful experience. The sales staff was only concerned about the sale, rather than customer service. I thought I had my heart set on a Nissan Rogue, until I test drove the 2015 Subaru Crosstrek, which in the end, I ended up purchasing. My coworker told me that I wouldn't regret going to see Mike Dykstra at Subaru - I was promised a great experience whether I ended up buying the car or not and to my surprise, this was the case. As soon as I met with Mike and told him what I was looking for, I knew he was more concerned about the customer service, rather than the sale. He was not pushy like your "normal" car salesman and was very responsive whenever I had a question. Once I decided the color and style I wanted, Mike went out of his way to get me the exact car I was looking for. When it came time to purchasing the car, Mike came to pick me up at my place of employment and drove me to the dealership to get the car. All in all, if someone tells me they are looking for a car, you better believe I will be telling them to go see Mike. I appreciate everything that he did for me and look forward to the next time I buy a car - you bet I'll be going to see Mike! More
