Wonderful suprise. I live in NY and stopped in out of the blue to take a look at the new Crosstrek. I had attempted to trade my Forester in at another dealer but they j I live in NY and stopped in out of the blue to take a look at the new Crosstrek. I had attempted to trade my Forester in at another dealer but they just couldn't make the numbers work. Crystal took my daughter and I for a test drive in a model available on the lot and I was still sold on replacing my Forester with this model. We got down to the nitty gritty numbers until we made them work and we found the color Tangerine I wanted in transit. I put down the deposit to hold my beautifully bright orange Crosstrek and patiently awaited the call that it was on the lot and ready for me to come in and pick up. Crystal even came in on her day off to close the deal as it was the only day I was free to come over to Vermont and she didn't want me to have to wait any longer for the vehicle. A little time and pen action and I was driving away in my shiny new car! Thanks Crystal and Burlington Subaru for showing me how easy can really be. More
