Within 10 minutes of our first conversation, he had gone outside, pulled the Tahoe aside, sent me a couple of photos to prove the vehicle was there, and even recorded a personalized video showing me the inside and outside of the SUV. Super impressive! KT quickly got me the out-the-door numbers and then, on his day off, left me in excellent hands with Rodney. Rodney was just as attentive, professional, and easy to work with. We finalized the deal over the phone, and when I arrived, the Tahoe was ready and waiting. Rodney took his time walking me through every feature and made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before we moved forward. When it came time to sign, we met with Mon in finance, who was absolutely wonderful—quick, informative, friendly, and best of all, not pushy at all. A rare find in this industry!
