Title: Unsafe Vehicle Sold – Deceptive Practices Review: On July 16, 2025, I purchased a 2019 Hyundai Tucson from Burns Chevrolet Cadillac in Rock Hill, SC. I traded in my Mazda for $9,4 Practices Review: On July 16, 2025, I purchased a 2019 Hyundai Tucson from Burns Chevrolet Cadillac in Rock Hill, SC. I traded in my Mazda for $9,400. On August 2 and again on August 21, Hyundai Fort Mill diagnosed the Tucson as “Not Safe to Drive” due to critical subframe issues and 10 safety system failures (ABS, AEB, EPS, blind spot detection, multifunction camera, smart key, etc.). Despite knowing this, the dealership gave me the car to drive with my 11-month-old daughter. The car stayed with the dealer for 23 days, but they returned it without fixing the problems. A manager admitted by text message that they manipulated the trade-in value (“I gave you $9400.00 for your trade. The actual value of your trade was $4000.00”). Their only offer was $500, which is unacceptable. I have reported this case to the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs and the Attorney General, and I am pursuing legal action. ⚠️ I strongly warn others to avoid this dealership. Their practices put my safety and my child’s safety at risk. More

everything went great at first, the sales agent who was new did a FANTASTIC job, but then when it came to his "manager" that is where things changed.
