In 2015, we purchased a new vehicle from Burns Ford...this was our first purchase at Burns...the experience was really great and we received excellent service since...the staff is always so friendly and helpful...we are treated like family...In February 2018, we decided to purchase another new vehicle...Burns was the only dealership that we were considering...the experience in this new purchase was just like the one in 2015...everyone treated us with respect...they did not try to push the sale on us...they took time to understand what our goal was and allowed us to drive the sales' process...the price was very fair...Brian, our salesperson, handled both the 2015 and 2018 purchases...he was very patient and understanding...Freddy, the finance manager, explained each form to us and did not try to push 'extras' on us...he explained what the 'extras' were and allowed us to make our own decision...if in the future we decide to purchase another vehicle, new or used, Burns Ford in Lancaster SC will be our first stop...probably will be the only stop!!!

I reviewed their web site and found a vehicle I wanted to look at. They were very forthcoming with all information. Were quick to respond and when it came down to making the decision to buy were very low pressure easy to work with. They put in the time and effort to assure a great deal. In the end I would rate the Customer Service above any other experience I have had buying a car previously. Nothing has ever been as enjoyable as working with Jodi, Freddy and the rest of the hard working courteous staff at Burns Ford.
Every time I bring my Mustang in for service the people are quick to respond and courteous. They go out of their way to explain any issues and to answer all questions. On this visit I had a slow leak on one of the tires and the guys in the back searched meticulously until they found the culprit - a very small slit in the rim of the valve. It was quickly replaced and I was on my way.
I'm on my second vehicle with Burns Ford and don't anticipate switching. Robert Burns and his team are a pleasure to work with.

We were looking to purchase a 2017 Ford Escape. We tried to purchase through 5 other dealers with no luck, it seemed as if no one was eager to sell us a car. Then we found Burns Ford, and the rest of history! This was the BEST car buying experience we have ever had. There were no issues with buying our new escape, everyone seemed to love their jobs and were very knowledgeable. When we got there to finish up the sale, our car was actually in the showroom...that was pretty sweet. I purchased a 2016 Explorer Platinum from Burns. David was clear and upfront with their pricing through e-mail. I shopped around and they beat my local dealer on price by enough that I made a 2 hour trip to SC from NC. Although I bought based on price, I was very impressed with the ease and speed of the transaction. Their customer service is outstanding. Randy followed up immediately on my pre-sale questions, and he greeted and helped us right away when we arrived at the dealership. Freddy made the paperwork fast and efficient with no surprises. Seth showed us all the features on the car in full detail. No one knows a Ford product better than this guy! We were in and out of the dealership in under an hour.
