Pathetic service. Called to schedule oil change. Knew I needed additional maintenence. Got answering service. Couldn't tell me what I needed, how long it would take or Called to schedule oil change. Wanted to try make arrangements for a ride depending on how long it would take! When I got there they told me 2 hrs. My appt was at 1130. 1215 my car was up on rack. Sitting in service area for 2 hrs no one touching my car. Started xxxxxxxx about it. Told it needed 1 hour to drain. My appt was 1130 I did not get out until after 3! On way home noticed my hood was not latched stopped and lifted it right up not even safety was shut almost getting on freeway this would have flew right up!!!!!! Never will use you again! Not even confident service was performed correctly. More

Each salesman, Michael Gerberding (2006) and Rick Kissner (2023), were friendly, professional, and easy to work with during the sale process. Past and present Service Department personnel, Jeremie Harding and Dave Grosulak, have always been genuinely kind and trustworthy in ensuring my vehicle will be handled with care. And recently, Jason Colby and Mark Stibal were both wonderful in assisting me with getting my running boards and license plates put on. Customer service still matters. I made my scheduled service appointment in advance. At that time I requested new wiper blades be installed, as they suggested at my last service. They confirmed that the wiper blade installation would At that time I requested new wiper blades be installed, as they suggested at my last service. They confirmed that the wiper blade installation would be done. While checking in for my service I confirmed that they would install new wiper blades, the service advisor confirmed that they would do it. Upon service completion I was told the new wiper blades were installed. I paid the bill for the new blades and went out to the lot to try them out. The new blades had NOT been installed. Disappointed. That makes me question whether other services I may pay for in the future would actually be done; like tire rotations, spark plugs, brakes, etc. Things I wouldn’t be able to confirm by looking at the vehicle. Not very confidence inspiring! When I told the service advisor the new wiper blades that we agreed would be installed, and that I already paid for we’re in fact NOT installed, he apologized and had a tech quickly install them. So overall, not a positive experience and I am now questioning whether I will have any future service done at Burnsville Toyota. More
