I made my scheduled service appointment in advance. At that time I requested new wiper blades be installed, as they suggested at my last service. They confirmed that the wiper blade installation would At that time I requested new wiper blades be installed, as they suggested at my last service. They confirmed that the wiper blade installation would be done. While checking in for my service I confirmed that they would install new wiper blades, the service advisor confirmed that they would do it. Upon service completion I was told the new wiper blades were installed. I paid the bill for the new blades and went out to the lot to try them out. The new blades had NOT been installed. Disappointed. That makes me question whether other services I may pay for in the future would actually be done; like tire rotations, spark plugs, brakes, etc. Things I wouldn’t be able to confirm by looking at the vehicle. Not very confidence inspiring! When I told the service advisor the new wiper blades that we agreed would be installed, and that I already paid for we’re in fact NOT installed, he apologized and had a tech quickly install them. So overall, not a positive experience and I am now questioning whether I will have any future service done at Burnsville Toyota. More
