I dropped the vehicle to be inspected and checked of why the instrument cluster not working, instead nothing was done or my car was checked even. Neil was rude and since speaking English was a bit harder for me, I even wrote down on a piece paper of what needs to be done, but Neil did nothing let alone bother checking the vehicle and when I came to pick up the vehicle I was given blank paper and asked to pay $204.32 when I texted to complain, Neil told me that he could not open the area the instrument was located. If Tire Plus opened and recommended me to take the vehicle to Toyota, why Toyota could not open? I was a scammed and asked to pay $204.32 without my vehicle being checked. I will make sure my fellow Somalians are aware of how Burnsville Toyota treats Somalis. More
