I was sitting in the lobby waiting for my oil change. I noticed my car being parked in the parking lot after my oil change. I went to desk to discover that it was recommended I have filters changed. I went out to car desk and asked them to bring the car back in to put filters in. It would have saved time if I had been contacted as to whether I wanted this done. I was treated with great respect from everyone regarding this matter. More
