I met Amador at my 15k mile service. At this appointed, I had mentioned to him to see if they can fix my very squeaky driver's side visor. He went to talk with a manager and came back. At this appointed, I had mentioned to him to see if they can fix my very squeaky driver's side visor. He went to talk with a manager and came back. He told me that, the manager said it must be a wear and tear situation, which I DID NOT agree with. I said to him, "how can it be wear and tear? My car has 15k on it? I don't agree with that." He ended up going to talk to a manager again, who agreed that they will/can replace the part, but they don't have the part on hand. They can order the part, but I will have to come in to get it replaced. Amador told me that they will give me a call when the part is there. I never got a call. My 20k mile service was due and I called to make an appointment to get my service done. I knew the service department never gave me a call saying that my visor was there. Therefore, I double checked when I called to make my 20k appointment to see if my visor part was there before coming in (because I live a approximately 25+ miles away) to just get my service and the oil change done at the same time. I was transferred to the Parts Dept where I was told that NOTHING was on file about a visor being ordered for me.
