The only reason I went back to the dealership was because they overtightened the oil filter and the place I could get a much cheaper oil change from wouldn't take it off for fear of causing damage. The guy at the Toyota shop said this is not uncommon. The other shop said it's "unacceptable" to tighten something like that. It was made clear that this happens a lot. Not one cent was taken off the bill! I couldn't believe it. That's wrong - you cost me more money because your guy overtightened the oil filter. I would've saved $40 on that oil change. I made my dissatisfaction known and nobody cared! That sucks and left a really bad taste in my mouth. We've bought multiple vehicles from this dealership and I felt like the oil changed should have been free and I never ask for free stuff, not that person who does that. I would like a reply as to why I had to pay $118 for an oil change yesterday all because your guy overtightened the oil filter. My cell is: 952/292-9529. More
