Jason made sure I was informed as to the benefits and reasons for switching to a Hybrid. I then spoke with Rick Kissner, from Sales, who had sold me a Sienna in the past, to show me the pluses about a Hybrid and helped guide my decision between a Highlander Hybrid and a Sienna Hybrid.
